Function
Phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate 5-kinase type-1 gamma is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PIP5K1C gene. This gene encodes a member of the type I phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate 5-kinase family of enzymes. A similar protein in mice is found in synapses and focal adhesion plaques, and binds the FERM domain of talin through its C-terminus.

Western blot analysis of PIP5K1C on different lysates with Rabbit anti-PIP5K1C antibody (HA721681) at 1/1,000 dilution.
Lane 1: HeLa cell lysate
Lane 2: K-562 cell lysate
Lane 3: 293T cell lysate
Lane 4: A431 cell lysate
Lane 5: SiHa cell lysate

Lysates/proteins at 20 µg/Lane.

Observed band size: 87/90 kDa
Exposure time: 3 minutes;
4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.
Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HA721681) at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4℃ overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1001) at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
