Interleukin-7 receptor subunit alpha (IL7R-α) also known as CD127 (Cluster of Differentiation 127) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the IL7R gene. IL7R-α is a type I cytokine receptor and is a subunit of the functional interleukin-7 receptor and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) receptors.

Flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood lymphocytes labeling CD127.
Cells were washed twice with cold PBS and resuspend. Then stained with the primary antibody (HA601429, 1/1,000) (red). After incubation of the primary antibody at +4℃ for an hour, the cells were stained with a iFluor™ 488 conjugate-Goat anti-Mouse IgG Secondary antibody (HA1125) at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at +4℃. Unlabelled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).
