Dilution factors are presented in the form of a range because the optimal dilution is a function of many factors, such as antigen density, permeability, etc. The actual dilution used must be determined empirically.

Function
Anti-Mouse IgG for IP, AlpSdAbs® VHH(HRP) is designed for detecting the non-reduced mouse IgG(subtypes:IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3). Anti-Mouse IgG for IP, AlpSdAbs™ VHH(HRP) is based on Monovalent, recombinant single domain antibody to mouse IgG coupled to HRP, and the Anti-Mouse IgG for IP, AlpSdAbs™ VHH(HRP) detects the non-reduced form of mouse IgG (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3) selectively, no reactivity with the reduced, SDS-denatured forms. When performing immunopreciptiation (IP) followed by western blotting, using Anti-mouse IgG for IP, AlpSdAbs™ VHH(HRP) to detect the primary antibody, only native antibody can be staining, not denatured heavy and light chains. ·High lot-to-lot consistency·Increased sensitivity and higher affinity·Animal-free production . . . .
