Function

Catalyzes the deacetylation of N-acetylaspartic acid (NAA) to produce acetate and L-aspartate. NAA occurs in high concentration in brain and its hydrolysis NAA plays a significant part in the maintenance of intact white matter. In other tissues it acts as a scavenger of NAA from body fluids.

Goat Anti-Rat IgG H&L - HRP Secondary Antibody (<a href="/products/HA1023" style="font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline;">HA1023</a>) at 1/5,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

The primary antibody (HA601430) at 1/2,000 dilution was used in primary antibody dilution (K1803) at 4℃ overnight. Goat Anti-Rat IgG H&L - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1023) at 1/5,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
