Vascular cell adhesion protein 1 also known as vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 (VCAM-1) or cluster of differentiation 106 (CD106) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the VCAM1 gene. VCAM-1 functions as a cell adhesion molecule. The VCAM-1 protein mediates the adhesion of lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, and basophils to vascular endothelium. It also functions in leukocyte-endothelial cell signal transduction, and it may play a role in the development of atherosclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Wells of the plate were washed, blocked with 150 µl 0.05% tween-20 1% BSA blocking buffer, and incubated with serial diluted Recombinant Mouse VCAM1 protein (<a href="/products/HA211043" style="font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline;">HA211043</a>) starting from 20,000 pg/ml to 0 pg/ml and detect antibody (<a href="/products/HA723830" style="font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline;">HA723830</a>, HRP, 0.2 µg/ml) for 1 hour at 30℃ with shaking. Detection was performed using an Ultra TMB Substrate for 10 minutes at room temperature in the dark. Elisa assay was performed by coating wells of a 96-well plate with 100 µl per well of capture antibody (HA723829) diluted in carbonate/bicarbonate buffer, at a concentration of 2 µg/mL overnight at 4℃. Wells of the plate were washed, blocked with 150 µl 0.05% tween-20 1% BSA blocking buffer, and incubated with serial diluted Recombinant Mouse VCAM1 protein (HA211043) starting from 20,000 pg/ml to 0 pg/ml and detect antibody (HA723830, HRP, 0.2 µg/ml) for 1 hour at 30℃ with shaking.
