Crk-like protein is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CRKL gene. v-CRK avian sarcoma virus CT10-homolog-like contains one SH2 domain and two SH3 domains. CRKL has been shown to activate the RAS and JUN kinase signaling pathways and transform fibroblasts in a RAS-dependent fashion. It is a substrate of the BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase and plays a role in fibroblast transformation by BCR-ABL. In addition, CRKL has oncogenic potential. CrkL together with Crk participates in the Reelin signaling cascade downstream of DAB1.

Western blot analysis of Phospho-CrkL (Y207) on different lysates with Rabbit anti-Phospho-CrkL (Y207) antibody (HA721675) at 1/2,000 dilution.
Lane 1: K-562 cell lysate Lane 2: K-562 treated λpp for 1 hour cell lysate
Lysates/proteins at 20 µg/Lane.
Predicted band size: 34 kDa Observed band size: 38 kDa
Exposure time: 45 seconds;
4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.
Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HA721675) at 1/2,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4℃ overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1001) at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
