白脂素 (Asprosin)是2016 年由 Romere 等研究发现的一种新型脂肪细胞因子。 其主要由白色脂肪细胞产生并分泌,它一方面能够与肝细胞表面的受体结合,刺激肝细胞葡萄糖输出,直接使血糖升高; 另一方面,能透过血-脑屏障,激活下丘脑中枢摄食相关的刺鼠基因相关蛋白 (AgRP)神经元活性,并抑制厌食相关阿片-促黑素细胞皮质素原 (POMC)神经元活性,促进摄食,间接发挥升血糖作用。
