CCL17/TARC 是一种趋化因子，可与 CCR4 和 CCR8 相互作用，诱导活化的 Th2 细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞和 NK 细胞的趋化作用。它由胸腺树突状细胞、淋巴结树突状细胞、单核细胞、CD4+ T 细胞、角质形成细胞、成纤维细胞、支气管上皮细胞和 Reed-Sternberg 细胞产生。CCL17 促进 Th2 细胞募集到炎症部位，并诱导血小板聚集和脱颗粒。
